hepatic undifferentiated sarcoma
又称“原发性肉瘤”、“胚胎性肉瘤”、“恶性间叶瘤”、“间叶细胞肉瘤”、“纤维黏液性肉瘤”等。至1984年美国文献仅64例报道。好发于青少年、儿童，首发症状为上腹包块、上腹痛、消瘦。其CT显示肿瘤为低密度占位性病变，中间有高密度、厚薄不一的分隔，边缘致密对应肿瘤的纤维假包膜。1/3～1/2的患者肝功能异常，最常见的是血清碱性磷酸酶活力轻度升高。一般在发现后25%无法手术切除。确诊有赖于肝活检和剖腹探查。治疗以手术切除为主，辅以化疗。
