肛门内舍 病名。先天性肛门内闭锁症。《证治准绳·外科》卷六：“风初生儿不大便，若用按摩仍不通者，即是肛门内合”。《医宗金鉴》卷五十：“小儿初生，肛门内合有二，一是热毒太盛，壅结肛门；一者指膜遮满，无隙可通”。治宜外科手术，传统方法先以金玉簪刺破脂膜，然后再以苏合香丸作枣核状纳入肛门导之可通。
