适应症： 适用于多种原因引起的水肿及轻、中度高血压，尤其对原发性高血压、肾性高血压及神经性、肾性、肝性水肿等疗效显著。对顽固性高血压症可与其他抗高血压药合并使用，但应降低剂量。
用量用法： 口服：每次１片，１日２次，产生满意疗效后改用维持量，每日１次１片。
注意事项： 偶有口干、恶心、头晕、皮疹等不良反应，一般２～３日内消失。
规格：片剂：每片含主药氨苯喋啶５０ｍｇ、氢氯噻嗪２５ｍｇ。
