[Objective] In order to provide the experiment evidences for the usage of neural stem cells (NSCs) transplantation for transected spinal cord injury (SCI) therapy, we explored the effect of transplantation of cholinergic-like cells, which induced from NSCs of the hippocampus of GFP (green fluorescent protein) transgenic pregnant mouse, on the hind limb motor as well as sensory function recovery.
【目的】探讨绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)转基因胎鼠海马源性神经干细胞(NSCs)向胆碱能样细胞诱导及移植入全横断脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury，SCI)大鼠脊髓后，动物后肢运动和感觉功能的变化，并观察移植细胞的存活和迁移情况，为NSCs移植用于SCI治疗提供理论和实验依据。
