此癌系外阴癌病灶发生在阴蒂部位。其特点在于淋巴转移可以不经浅腹股沟淋巴结而至深腹股沟淋巴结,可经耻骨联合上下方直达盆腔淋巴结。其分期、预后及治疗同外阴癌。但手术时应考虑同时作双侧盆腔淋巴切除术。
