劳保医疗制度我国劳动保险制度的组成部分，是为保护职工身体健康而实施的一种保险制度。劳保医疗是我国国营企业职工患病或负伤按照劳动保险制度所享受的个人免费医疗办法。国家机关、事业单位、社会团体工作人员个人免费诊治疾病，称为“公费医疗”。
劳保医疗费主要由企业负担，而公费医疗费用由国家财政负担。实行劳保医疗的企业职工，其供养直系亲属享受“半医疗”待遇。近年来，针对劳保医疗开支增长迅速和药品浪费严重等现象，全国各地对劳保医疗制度进行了改革，实行个人参加医疗保险制度，个人医疗费低于规定限额由个人负担，高于规定限额由个人与国家按比例分别承担。
