metaphyseal chondrodysplasia
一组以干骺端发育异常为主的畸形，骨骺、头颅和躯干发育基本正常。有8种类型，患者均矮小，其中Schmid型者有膝内翻；Mckusick型者有头发和汗毛稀少，股骨下端骨骺呈中央凹如贝壳；Schwachman型者髋发育不良，跛行，常伴胰腺功能不全，吸收不良，并有中性粒细胞减少；Davis型者皮肤角化，呈红色，血中丙种球蛋白缺乏，淋巴细胞减少，容易感染而死亡。均无有效治疗方法。可用支具保护，减轻体重应力。畸形严重者可行截骨术矫正。
