放射性核素显(成)像方法之一。将放射性显(成)像装置的放射性探测器置于体表的某一部位获取某一脏器放射性影像的方法，所得影像称为平面影像。平面影像由放射性探测器投射方向上脏器各处放射性(从前到后)叠加所构成，叠加的结果可能掩盖脏器内局部的放射性分布异常。因此，不易发现较小的、尤其在深部的病变。临床上常用多体位显(成)像来克服这一不足，即分别从受检者的前方、后方、侧方和斜侧方进行显(成)像，达到充分暴露脏器内放射性分布异常的目的。
