癌抗原125
是卵巢上皮癌抗原，自1980年Bast等制备出对应的单克隆抗体OC125后，CA125已成为检测卵巢上皮癌的重要标记物。它是一种似黏液糖蛋白复合物，相对分子质量20万～1千万，存在于卵巢癌细胞表面，也存在于正常子宫内膜、胸腹膜上皮层等部位。近期的研究CA125蛋白有两类抗原决定簇，一种与OC125单抗相对应，另一种与M11单抗相对应。血清检测阈值为35U/ml，卵巢黏液性腺癌阳性率为58%，而浆液性腺癌高达93%；临床分期越晚阳性率越高；子宫内膜异位症也有36%阳性。临床应用于以下情况：①监测卵巢癌病情，约80%与病情相符；②半衰期＜20日者较＞20日者生存率长；③治疗后CA125＞35U/ml者，95%二探手术阳性；④能预测复发，较其他症状出现更早；⑤与其他诊断方法合用，或多项肿瘤标记物联合检测，能提高诊断的特异性和敏感性。
