补充资料：毛桃老鸡汤
材料：五指毛桃2至3两，老鸡750克左右，薏米80克，姜一片。传统的五指毛桃汤除了 鸡以外，还要加一块猪肘肉，不过我觉得这个汤不吸油的，所以我没有加。
做法：五指毛桃洗干净，再用清水浸泡30分钟；将已经干净的五指毛桃先放入汤煲加适量的水，滚至30分钟后；再加入飞水的鸡肉，用文火慢慢煲，3小时后，五指毛桃香气满溢，加适量的盐即可享用；
功效：具有平肝明目、滋阴降火、健脾开胃、益气生津、祛湿化滞、清肝润肺，行气化痰，舒筋活络等作用。用于肺结核咳嗽，慢性支气管炎，风湿性关节炎，腰腿疼，脾虚浮肿，病后盗汗。比较适合广东的春天。
