幽门环肌切开术
pyloromyotomy
适用于先天性幽门肥大症。在硬膜外阻滞下，取右上腹直肌切口。进入腹腔后，与幽门管纵轴平行作一长1～2cm的切口，切开浆膜及浅层肌纤维，用血管钳分断深层肌纤维，使幽门黏膜充分膨出为止，但切勿穿破黏膜。逐层关腹。手术成功的关键在于完全切断肥厚的幽门环肌层，保持黏膜完整无损及彻底止血。
