手术名。治疗阴茎异常勃起手术之一。腰麻或骶管麻醉下,经阴茎根部背侧正中做切口,选择阴茎背浅或深静脉,静脉远端结扎,近端剪成斜面,切开并冲洗一侧阴茎海绵体后,用6-0尼龙线吻合静脉与海绵体。
