因劳损、切割或二头肌突然抗阻力强烈收缩而肌腱纤维部分或全不断裂，以肩前侧肿痛，无力，不适，其上部断裂，屈肘力弱；其下部断裂，肌腹上移，上臂中段前侧膨隆，下1／3处平坦，断裂处皮下瘀斑，压痛为主要表现的疾病。
