					OBJECTIVE:	In resent years, vitreous cryopreservation ( from the Latin, vitreus, glassy) has been an active subject and studied with resurgence of interests for a number of years, in which cooling rates are extremely high that the critical temperature range of crystallization can be easily exceeded.
						
						本研究拟在国内外现有的深低温冷冻保存液以及玻璃化冷冻技术的基础上,选用目前毒性最低,保存效果较好的冷冻保存液,联合玻璃化冷冻技术,尝试采用玻璃化冷冻技术对气管实施深低温保存,评价玻璃化冷冻对气管的粘膜上皮、软骨细胞及软骨间质等的影响,并与传统的程控缓慢降温方法保存的气管进行对比,同时进行玻璃化冷冻气管的原位同种异体移植实验,以评价冷冻对移植气管抗原性的影响。
