| 虹膜睫状体炎 iridocyclitis 葡萄膜前部组织（虹膜和睫状体）的炎症。又称前葡萄膜炎。分急性和慢性。急性者主诉眼痛、羞明、视力减退，见睫状体充血，瞳孔小，房水混浊，角膜后有沉着物，重时可见前房积脓，还可见虹膜后粘连，甚至瞳孔闭锁或瞳孔膜闭，眼压升高时可见虹膜膨隆。慢性者多为肉芽肿性，起病慢，角膜后沉着物多呈羊脂状，病和迁延。本病的治疗应寻找病因，去除病灶，为防止发生虹膜后粘连，应立立即散瞳，激素应以局部应用为主。 |
