Over the last 5 years,our hospital has performed operative treatment on 119 cases of esophageal carcinoma across the aortic arch,among them 101 cases by means of radical operation,11 cases by palliative operation,and 7 cases by exploratory operation,with a removal rate of 94 1%,and with an operative mortality of 0%.
我院五年来手术治疗跨主动脉弓段食管癌 1 1 9例 ,根治性手术切除 1 0 1例 ,姑息性切除 1 1例 ,探手术 7例 ,切除率 94。

主动脉弓
arch of aorta
为主动脉上部是弓形弯曲的部分。在第4胸椎下缘移行为降主动脉。从弓的凸侧发出3条较大的动脉，由右向左依次分为无名动脉、左颈总动脉和左锁骨下动脉。主动脉弓的前方为胸骨柄，其右后方有气管、食管等。主动脉弓内有压力感受器。具有调节血压的作用。主动脉弓下方有2～3个粟粒状小体，称主动脉球，为化学感受器。
