促甲状腺激素释放激素兴奋试验
简称"TRH兴奋试验"。用于诊断内分泌疾病的一种试验方法。于清晨静脉注射TRH500μg，在注射前和注射后15、30、60、90或120分钟，分别抽血测定TSH的水平，正常人注射后30分钟血清TSH出现峰值，可达10～30μIU/ml若TSH峰值在60分钟或以后出现者，为延迟反应。临床上，弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿、垂体前叶瘤者，常低于此峰值或无反应。原发性甲功能减退症，TSH基值升高。继发性甲状腺功能减退，TSH明显升高者，提示病变在下丘脑，如无升高则表示继发于脑垂体病，有TSH分泌缺乏。在做本试验之前，应注意停用雌激素、茶碱、抗甲状腺药物，左旋多巴等。
