又称"细菌尿"。新鲜尿作涂片检查，如每个高倍视野均可找到细菌为菌尿阳性。冲洗后的中段尿培养菌落计数＞105／ml尿时，为真性菌尿，可诊断为泌尿系感染。如为144～105／ml尿时为可疑，如＜104／ml尿为污染。
