Object: To investigate whether LLR and LIHLR can provide more stability than traditional total laminectomy and the clinical results of LLR and LIHLR.
腰椎板截骨原位回植术(Lumbar laminotomy and replantation, LLR)和相邻1/2棘突、椎板的腰椎板截骨原位回植术(Lumbar inter hemi-laminotomy and replantation, LIHLR)与传统椎板切除术(Total laminectomy, TL)从生物力学角度对术后腰椎稳定性进行比较,通过全面系统的生物力学实验定量论证椎板切除后腰椎失稳,而椎板原位回植后恢复脊柱完整性,使脊柱尽可能趋于生理状态,减少了对脊柱稳定性的破坏。
