Objective To observe curative effect of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection(GM1 made in China) on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).
方法从2005年8月至2007年10月对我院NICU收治的60例新生儿HIE患儿随机分成2组,治疗组(n=30)使用脑苷肌肽治疗;对照组(n=30)使用胞二磷胆碱或1,6-二磷酸果糖治疗,通过比较两组患儿临床神经症状恢复时间及新生儿行为神经评分(NBNA)来判断药物的疗效。

性质：又称脑硫脂，硫苷脂，硫酸脑苷脂，半乳糖脑苷脂-3-硫酸。属磷脂中的鞘磷脂类内的糖鞘脂类(glycosphingolipids)，或者说它(们)是含硫原子的脑苷脂。已知天然存在的有硫酸酯型脑硫脂和有磺酸基的硫苷脂。前者存在于脑、肾，可能与离子的输送有关。其分子结构上仅仅在半乳糖脑苷脂的糖分子残基3位碳上以酯键与硫酸根相连(见图)。后者，即6-磺基异鼠李糖基甘油二酯(sulfoquinovosyldiglyceride)，推测与光合作用过程有关，至今对它了解不多。
