| 阳明病 伤寒六经病之一。为阳气亢盛，邪从热化最盛的极期阶段的伤寒。证候性质属里实热。多由太阳之邪不解，热邪向里发展而成，或者由误治伤津，胃肠干燥，大便燥结所致。有在经、在腑之分。阳明经证为病邪充斥阳明之经。而肠道尚无燥屎内结的证候。证见身大热，大汗出，大渴行饮，面赤心烦，舌苔黄燥，脉洪大。治宜清热生津，方用白虎汤。阳明腑证为邪热传里与肠中糟粕相搏而成燥屎内结的证候。证见日晡潮热，手足濈然汗出，脐腹部胀满疼痛，大便秘结，或腹中转矢气，甚者谵语，狂乱，不得眠，舌苔多黄厚干燥，边尖起芒刺，甚至焦黑燥裂。脉沉迟而实或滑数。治宜荡涤燥结，方如三承气汤。 |
