是指用带着供血血管的髂骨片移植到邻近部位，行骨缺损、骨坏死等疾病的治疗。临床上多用于股骨头无菌性坏死病灶清除术后的骨缺损修复及股骨颈骨折不连接时髂关节融合术植骨之用。由于骨瓣带有血循环，使局部骨缺损容易愈合。常用的血管蒂为旋髂深血管、旋股外侧血管升支等。
