胃巨皱襞症
又称"曼尼屈利病"、"巨大肥厚性胃炎"。一种原因不明的罕见病。本病变只限于粘膜，发生在贲门部和胃体部，尤以胃大弯为显著，疾病的不同阶段可见到粘膜糜烂。临床表现有上腹部发胀，疼痛，体重减轻，胃出血以致贫血。X线检查见胃粘膜皱襞粗大，僵硬，呈锯齿状。胃镜下呈脑回状。无特殊治疗，有人主张手术治疗。
