指将带来自颈外动脉或甲状腺上动脉的胸锁乳突肌肌支的胸锁乳突肌和其表面颈部皮肤进行移植手术。最早由Conley(1972年)设计带有骨骼的胸锁乳突肌皮瓣移位，修复口腔部组织缺损。国内周训银(1988年)最先报告用于临床。由于此肌肉是节段性供血，宜采取中、下段的肌肉移植，临床上常用带血管蒂的肌皮瓣移位修复面颞部肿瘤切除后组织缺损、洞穿性缺损和舌再造手术。
