乳房囊性增生病
cystic hyperplasia of breast
又称“乳腺结构不良症”。既非炎症，也非肿瘤，而是乳腺导管和小叶结构上的退行性和进行性变化。较常见，患者多为30～40岁妇女，与卵巢功能失调有关。表现为一侧或两侧乳房内多个大小不一结节，有时为边界不清的增厚区。患者感乳房肿痛，尤以月经来潮时明显。尚无有效的治疗方法。用维生素E治疗有缓解疼痛的作用。因囊性增生病有癌变可能，应随访患者。对病灶局限于乳房一部分，月经后仍有明显肿块者应行手术治疗。
