【药理作用】必可酮气雾剂的活性成分是丙酸倍氯米松，是一种强效局部用糖皮质激素，它能增强内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞和溶酶体膜的稳定性，抑制免疫反应和减少抗体合成，从而使组胺等过敏活性物质的释放减少和活性降低，并能减轻抗原-抗体结合时激发的酶促过程，抑制支气管收缩物质的合成和释放，抑制平滑肌的收缩反应。
【适应症】用于支气管哮喘，包括感染性哮喘、过敏性哮喘及依赖激素治疗的哮喘病人，特别是支气管扩张剂或其他平喘药如色甘酸钠不足以控制哮喘时。
【用法用量】发作时吸入.必可酮250：用于吸入必可酮50气雾剂外还需合用口服激素才能控制症状的炎症哮喘病人。需要高剂量(1000mg/天)必可酮气雾剂才能控制哮喘症状的患者。
【规格】必可酮50气雾剂：每瓶总重18g，内含丙酸倍氯米松10mg.每喷含丙酸倍氯米松50mg必可酮250气雾剂：每瓶总重17g，内含丙酸倍氯米松50mg，每喷含丙酸倍氯米松250mg
