urine culture
作尿培养前，应先用肥皂水冲洗外阴，再用1∶1000新洁尔灭冲洗两次，然后取中段尿送检，必要时可做导尿，最好在用药前进行。在室温下放置，细菌将很快繁殖，如不能立即培养应放冰箱保存。细菌培养阳性者应做细菌计数，女性尿细菌计数大于105/ml，男性大于104/ml，临床上有意义。尿培养常见的细菌90%为革兰阴性细菌，10%为致病性葡萄球菌、肠球菌及其他细菌。
