OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray treating allergia rhinitis, a multicentre, randomized control study with (beolomethasone dipropionate nasal spray) beconase was performed in 160 patients.
目的：评价曲安奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效及安全性，方法：以丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷雾剂（商品名叫：伯克纳）为对照药，采用开放性、随机对照、多中心临床试验的方法治疗过敏性鼻炎１６０例。

作用： 含醋酸曲安奈德和水杨酸，有抗炎、抗过敏、止痒、去角质作用。
适应症： 适用于治疗神经性皮炎、慢性湿疹、结节性痒疹、皮肤淀粉样变、疥疮结节等炎症性、过敏性、瘙痒性皮肤病。此外，本品对虫咬性皮炎、瘙痒严重的头部脂溢性皮炎等急性、亚急性皮炎，１次涂药即可明显减轻瘙痒与炎症。
用量用法： 局部涂于患处，早、晚各１次，疗程２周。
注意事项： 对渗出糜烂、皲裂和外生殖器部位皮肤有轻度刺激。
1.对醋酸曲安奈德、水杨酸有接触过敏者禁用。不能用于有渗出、糜烂、皲裂的创面。2.出现皮肤刺激和过敏反应时应停药。3.合并细菌和真菌感染时应合用足量有效的抗微生物药。4.不宜用于儿童的头面部。
