经腹子宫全切除术
经腹子宫全切术是经腹将子宫包括宫颈全部切除的手术。主要用于子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌瘤、功能性子宫出血经药物治疗无效者、子宫损伤性疾病、盆腔炎或炎性包块久经治疗无效者，特别是有以上疾病同时有慢性宫颈炎的病人。术时多选用全麻或硬膜外麻醉。根据术中对切除子宫颈筋膜方式的不同，可分为经腹简膜外子宫全切术，筋膜内子宫全切术及子宫体切除加宫颈管套筒式切除等不同术式。筋膜外子宫全切除术，适用于宫颈原位癌及某些宫颈早期浸润癌。子宫体切除加宫颈管套筒式切除术，适用于宫颈周围严重粘连、完整切除宫颈极困难者。术中应注意止血，仔细分离膀胱，避免损伤输尿管、膀胱及直肠，术后应注意感染及切口愈合情况。
