Purpose: Probe into the mechanism of immediate result ofscalp-acupuncture on acute cerebral infarction at the point ofneurophys io l ogy.
本实验采用Zea-longa线栓法在Wistar大鼠身上复制大脑中动脉梗塞模型，应用头穴针刺为治疗手段，以中枢神经元的放电活动为观测指标，观察比较梗塞前后及头穴针刺前后，梗塞周围不同部位中枢神经元放电活动的变化，从神经细胞电生理学角度探讨了头穴针刺治疗急性脑梗塞即刻效应的作用机理。
