前列腺肥大性尿道狭窄球囊扩张术
介入放射学技术。前列腺肥大性尿道狭窄的一种姑息性治疗法。造影后将尿管插入膀胱，再经导尿管将软头导丝引入膀胱，退出导尿管后，沿导丝引入球囊导管。根据外括约肌的标志，将球囊置于外括约肌以上水平的尿道内，慢慢向囊内注入30%对比剂使其膨胀。将压力逐渐增加至300～400kPa(约3～4大气压)，持续扩张10～15分钟。扩张结束经导管向膀胱内注入对比剂，然后行排尿性尿道造影，造影后膀胱内留置导尿管24小时。
