当归六黄汤
当归六黄汤固涩荆之一出自《兰室秘藏》。当归30克、生地黄30克、熟地黄30克、黄连30克、黄等30克、黄柏30克、黄蔑60克。为末，开水冲调，候温灌服。马、牛200~400克。或煎汤服。功能滋阴清热，固表止汗。主治应热盗汗。证见发热、盗汗、口干舌操、便干尿黄、口色红、脉数者宜用。方中当归、生地黄、熟地黄养血增液，育阴清火，为主药;黄连、黄琴、黄柏清热降火，合主药以清热除烦，为辅药;佐以黄蔑益气固表，合当归、熟地黄以养血益气。气血充则映理密，腆理密则汗不易泄。黄茂、当归、熟地黄配黄连、黄柏、黄琴以扶正泄火，可使阴复热退，卫强汗止。诸药合用，共同发挥滋阴清热、固表止汗的功用。 本方主要适用于阴盛盗汗而有热者。若纯盛而无火者，黄琴、黄连、黄柏等苦寒药宜去，加麦冬、玄今以增液养阴;若阴盛火旺，宜加知母、龟板以滋阴潜阳。临证应用本方加减化裁治马、牛夜间出汗有效，也可用于治阴盛相火妄动之滑精。(陈洪涛)
