【性状】
本品呈卷曲筒状或半筒状，长40～80cm，厚0.1 ～0.3cm 。外表面灰棕 色至灰褐色，稍有纵皱纹，有的成浅裂纹，密生明显的椭圆形横向皮孔，棕色或棕红色， 偶有突起的横棱或较大的圆形枝痕，常附有地衣斑；内表面淡黄棕色或黄白色，平滑， 有细密纵纹。质硬而脆，易折断，断面呈纤维性片状，淡黄棕色或黄白色。气微香，味 淡、微涩、稍刺舌，而后喉头有不适感。
【鉴别】
(1) 本品粉末灰黄色。石细胞类长圆形、类圆形、长方形、长条形或不 规则形，直径16～58μｍ，壁较厚，孔沟明显，有的分枝。纤维细长，直径 7～22μm, 常成束，周围细胞含草酸钙方晶，形成晶纤维，含晶细胞壁不均匀增厚，木化或微木化。 草酸钙方晶直径 5～26μｍ。韧皮薄壁细胞较小，壁稍厚，径向面观纹孔圆形，有的集 成纹孔团；切向面观细胞壁略呈连珠状增厚。 (2) 取本品粉末1g，加水10ml，置60℃水浴中温浸 1小时，滤过。取滤液各3 滴， 分置两支试管中：一管中加0.1mol/L盐酸溶液5ml,另一管中加0.1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液5 ml，强力振摇 1分钟，碱液管泡沫比酸液管泡沫高一倍以上。 (3) 取

【炮制】
除去杂质，洗净，润透，切丝或块，干燥。

解郁安神，活血消肿。用于心神不安，忧郁失眠，肺痈疮肿，跌 扑伤痛。
【用法与用量】
6～12g。外用适量，研末调敷。
