高血压脑病
高血压病的特殊临床表现之一。指脑细小动脉发生持久而严重的痉挛后，脑循环发生急性障碍，导致脑水肿与颅内压增高，引起一系列临床表现。发病常先有血压升高，以舒张压升高最为明显，且伴头痛、恶心、呕吐、烦躁不安等症状，然后发生剧烈头痛、呕吐、呼吸困难或减慢、视力障碍、抽搐、意识模糊甚至昏迷。应迅速采取降压，制止抽搐；脱水、排钠、降颅压等措施。
