水火不济 水火不济 病证名。指心肾两脏功能失调的病机。又称心肾不交。心属火，肾属水，在生理状态下，心火下交于肾，使肾水不寒；肾水上济于心，使心火不亢。如果肾水不足，不能上济心火，或心火妄动，下灼肾阴，便失去了种协调关系而出现心烦失眠，腰膝酸软，盗汗遗精等症。参见心肾不交条。
