介绍了混沌预测的原理,给出了实现混沌预测的算法步骤和模糊控制器的设计方法,将混沌预测的输出结果作为模糊控制器的输入,模糊控制器经过模糊化,模糊推理,解模糊一系列的运算过程,得到的结果再与比例因子相乘,得到信号灯的相位时间,仿真结果表明:混沌模糊控制器比传统的模糊控制器性能得到很大的改善。
