机组生产率(field eapaeity of power-im·plemeni unit)表征农机作业机组技术经济性能的参数之一。即机组在单位时间内按一定质t标准完成的作业量。它是机组进行评比、选型、配套和定倾制定以及机群的配备、计划、规划等的重要依据。 计t单位①时间的计量单位，有小时、班、日、月、季和年等。②作业量的计t单位，依作业项目不同，有亩、公顷、千克、吨千米、米和立方米等。不同作业项目的作业量统一计算时，需折合为统一的作业t计量单位，如标准亩等。中国农业部规定:耕地机组在地势平坦，土城比阻为4.9牛/厘米2左右的熟地上作业，耕深为20一22厘米时，每耕翻1亩面积为一个标·准亩。并规定了各种主要作业在正常工作条件下的标准亩折合系数。但对于不同地区、不同作物、不同机组来说，标准亩折合系数不能确切反映各项作业的等t关系。因此，标准亩只宜在概括性说明或对比折合时使用。 计算方法通常可用机组的理论生产率和技术生产率进行计算。如移动式机组的两种计算公式分别为: 理论生产率砒=1.SBv(亩/小时) 技术生产率环七1.5尽外r(亩/小时)式中B为机组构造幅宽(米)，v为机组理论速度(千米/小时);尽为机组工作幅宽(米);协为机组工作速度(千米/小时)、r为机组班内工作时间利用率。在一定技术水平条件下，机组能够达到的技术生产率低于理论生产率。 移动式机组的技术生产率与拖拉机、作业机具的性能参数及使用条件之间的关系可用下式表示: W泛5400从二右N夕，尹r/k(亩/小时)式中N.。为发动机标定功率(千瓦);右N为发动机标定功率利用率;甲:为拖拉机牵引效率;夕为机组幅宽利用率;龙为作业机具单位幅宽阻力(牛/米)。 按标准亩计算某项作业的技术生产率: 讥二W咨抓标准亩/小时)式中占。为此项作业的标准亩折合系数。 (张蜂庆)
