阿盖耳-罗伯逊瞳孔


  又称"反射瞳孔强直"或"A R瞳孔",是一种瞳孔变化,其特点为瞳孔缩小,对调节反射正常,而对光反射消失,除极罕见者外,视力正常,总是两侧性,主要见于神经梅毒。但对Ar gyll-Robertson瞳孔的解释,目前仍难作出定论。近来对这一名词并不专限于神经梅毒患者的瞳孔,也见于睡眠性脑炎后期患者、糖尿病所致的假性脊髓痨等。
