postconcussional syndrome
部分颅脑损伤者从恢复期后逐渐形成“脑震荡后综合征”，其主要原因可能是他们曾被诊断为“脑震荡”。患者从此便长期自述头痛、头晕、失眠、记忆力减退、思想不能集中等一系列症状。症状消失后又复发，甚至可增添新的症状，但神经系统检查和神经系特殊检查均属正常。
