保证人员落水后防止体热在短时间内大量散失的个体防护装备。抗浸服的功用是通过防水浸和保暖延长落水人员在水中的存活时间。它由抗浸层和保暖层组成。抗浸层罩在保暖层的外面，用透气不透水的布料制成。这种布料在干燥时可透过空气，有利于汗液的挥发，与水接触时纤维膨胀形成防水层。抗浸服在颈部和腕部有橡胶防水圈，胸前开口处用防水密封拉链封口。抗浸层隔热效果不佳，保暖依赖保暖层。保暖层衣面用锦丝绸制成，里面用羽绒或其他保暖性好的合成纤维充填。抗浸服能保证溅落冷水中的飞行员在 2小时内不致冻到无法救治的程度。抗浸服的透湿性尚不理想，已研制出抗浸服与通风服相结合的防护服装。
