A finite element program is worked out for the concrete shaftlining under non-homogeneous lateral pressure, it is applied to calculate the concrete shaftlining, the results are presented in the current designing that considerable well bearing capacity is obtained and the tensile stress is eradicated in the frozen shaftlining.
