1、 莲白其实就是卷心菜，这可能是四川那边的叫法，先把它切成小片
2、 碗内放酱油、醋、盐、白糖、水淀粉、鸡精调成汁，备用
3、 锅内放油，把莲白放进去炒至断生，然后把调好的汁放进去煮开，变得稠一些的时候，捞出
4、 锅内放油，爆香花椒和辣椒，浇在莲白上面就行了
