性质:集两种离心分离方法于一机的称为复合离心机。碟片及螺旋卸料的复合离心机是将料浆液引入碟片组的片间进行快速浓缩,然后浓缩液进入带有螺旋刮料的沉降桶,进一步沉降分离。螺旋将固相物料刮出液面后进一步脱水、干燥后排出机外,从而得到较干的固相物料。该复合离心机可充分地利用碟式处理低含固量和快速浓缩的特点以及利用螺旋沉降式结构将物料刮出液面再干燥的特点,从而使离心机能够满足特殊的工况条件。
