在混凝土中掺入膨胀剂(UEA)和粉煤灰,采用结构自防水及无缝施工技术,针对某公司办公楼地下室,将原后浇带位置改为"膨胀加强带",带内用掺量占总胶凝材料用量6%的膨胀剂拌制的大膨胀混凝土浇筑,带间增加10%~15%的水平温度筋,带两侧分别架设孔径5mm的钢丝网,并用立筋加固,使混凝土具有结构自防水功能。

针对明挖法施工的地下室防水设计,指出地下室能否长久防水,关键在于结构自防水,附加外防水是重要的保护措施,但不宜“一刀切”;应根据地下室结构特点、水文地质和施工条件等,来选择业已成熟的防水设计方案,如采用补偿收缩混凝土做底板的结构自防水,可取消外防水,尤其对于桩板或厚板结构的底板。

The techniques of structural self-waterproofing and jointless constructing were applied in F Town project of Suzhou Commercial Street, so, the baseplate exterior waterproofing could be cancelled, the post-pouring belts could be substituted by expansive reinforced belts, the owner’s investment was saved , the construction period was shorted and the project quality was also improved.
采用结构自防水和无缝施工新技术,在苏州市商业街F城工程中,取消底板外防水,以膨胀加强带减免后浇带,给业主节省了投资、缩短了工期、提高了工程质量,笔者从该工程技术服务的切身体会中总结了一些经验,相信它对其它类似工程有一定的借鉴作用。
