不结盟国家通讯社的合作组织。1975年 1月由南斯拉夫的南通社发起创办。当时只有12个通讯社参加，主要由南通社转发各通讯社提供的新闻。1976年7月在新德里举行的不结盟国家新闻部部长和通讯社社长会议，宣布正式成立不结盟国家通讯社联盟，并通过联盟的章程。联盟的宗旨是加强不结盟国家的新闻合作，报道不结盟国家的真实情况，以实现新闻事业的非殖民化。章程规定所有参加联盟的通讯社都有权向联盟提供新闻和播发联盟提供的新闻。1988年，共有90个不结盟国家的通讯社和10个国际组织(如联合国、联合国教科文组织)参加联盟。每天用英、法、西班牙 3种文字向世界各地播发100～130条新闻，反映不结盟国家的政治、经济、文化等方面的发展情况。1986年3月在古巴召开的联盟第4次大会通过《哈瓦那行动纲领》，强调进一步加强联盟的工作，使之成为传播不结盟国家呼声和建立世界新闻新秩序的有效工具。1988年由33名成员组成的协调委员会作为其领导机构。
