２ ． 猪 板 油 去 膜 ， 剁 泥 ， 与 五 香 粉 、 精 盐 拌 匀 ；
３ ． 将 饧 好 的 面 团 擀 成 方 形 面 片 ， 涂 上 板 油 泥 ， 抹 平 ， 然
后 卷 起 ， 再 擀 成 片 ， 顺 长 切 成 细 丝 ， 拉 长 ， 盘 绕 成 圆 塔 形 ， 制
成 油 塔 坯 ；
４ ． 另 取 面 粉 和 成 面 团 ， 擀 成 ２ 片 薄 面 片 ， 一 片 铺 笼 屉 上 ，
再 放 上 塔 坯 ， 盖 上 另 一 片 面 片 ， 蒸 熟 后 取 出 ， 取 两 个 油 塔 放
一 起 作 为 一 合 食 用 。
