		本征探测效率
物理学术语。探测器的本征探测效率是指一个粒子入射到探测器灵敏体积中被记录下来的机率。其表达式为:η=N0/Ni其中η为本征探测效率,N0为单位时间内探测器所记录到的粒子数,Ni为单位时间内入射到探测器灵敏体积中的粒子数。大多数探测器对带电粒子的本征探测效率接近1。
