Zh印ghua Renmin Gongh闪uo Jinkou Jil泊阅Qi』u JionduGU0nli BQnfo《中华人民共和国进口计，器具监督管理办法》(月山for thes卿。isfon andA山初公trat俪of加即决d爪reasu几林g加打刀刀记几。of而几叩肠’:凡甲动旋ofCh俪)中国对进口计量器具进行监督管理的行政法规。1989年10月11日经国务院批准，由国家技术监督局发布，自发布之日起施行。该办法共6章28条。主要内容包括:①适用范围。②进口计量器具的型式批准。是对进口计量器具样机的监督管理环节。③进口计量器具的审批。这是对进口计量器具办理申请手续时的管理。④进口计量器具的检定。是对进口计量器具进人海关后的管理。⑤法律责任。应当承担行政法律责任的违法行为有4种:进口非法计量单位的计量器具或国务院禁止使用的其他计量器具;进口计量器具未经省级以上人民政府计量行政部门指定的计量检定机构检定合格而销售;进口或销售未经国务院计量行政部门型式批准的计量器具;承担进口计量器具定型鉴定的技术机构对申请人提供的技术资料未予保密。承担行政法律责任的方式有以下几种:责令停止进口;责令停止销售;封存计量器具;责令补办型式批准手续;没收计量器具;没收全部违法所得;罚款;行政处分。(汤冠英薛国琴)
