因炎症引起的肝胆管狭窄病变。多发生在肝总管以上的肝胆管，狭窄上方的胆管扩张，常伴有肝内胆管结石，长时间肝胆管狭窄梗阻，引起肝实质纤维化、萎缩，其余的肝代偿性增大。狭窄部肝管应切开整形，或行肝叶切除术。
