}iQnting sunhai guanzhi qiCai舰艇损害管制器材(、h ip damag。。ontrolfacilities)舰艇上用于抗沉、灭火、修复管线和限制或消除其他损害的制式器材的统称。简称舰艇损管器材。主要包括抗沉器材、灭火器材、管路和电缆修复器材等。抗沉器材主要有:堵塞舰体破11以阻隔海水涌入舱内的堵漏席(毯)、堵漏木塞、堵漏垫、堵漏板、堵漏箱及其支柱、木垫板、木楔，肋骨撑架，千斤顶等;排除舱内积水的喷射泵、汽油泵、潜水泵、手摇泵和破洞探坝J]仪等。灭火器材主要有:消防水泵、水龙带、水枪、手提灭火器、推车灭火器、泡沫管枪、消防水桶、黄砂箱、成套消防工具和个人防护设备等。管路和电缆修复器材，包括包扎管路的缠扎材料、垫料、金属盖板和管子卡箍，堵塞管路的管日塞，修复电缆的应急电缆和成套电工工具。损管器材平时不许动用，固定在便于取用的位置，分工专人负责，定期维护保养。保持性能良好和随时可用状态。(陆儒德)
